The role
- As a member of the SAP Technologies area, you will use your expertise and passion to contribute to the team´s success within one of the largest and most complex SAP implementations in the world
- You will deliver operational excellence, guide the experts to design and architect solutions and deliver resilient, compliant and performant SAP Landscape, and contribute or lead Global IT projects like our SAP S/4 HANA Transformation
- You will be part of the SAP Landscape team and will work closely with IT Product Streams and partners to ensure to deliver SAP platform technology roadmap and value to the business
What you´ll do
The SAP Technology Manager is accountable for the continuous value delivery of IT Product Groups and Platforms. S/He oversees sustain, deployment, retirement and leverage and ensures the effective and efficient operational support of all internally or by a third-party managed product and platform groups in scope for the day-to-day delivery of all operational and technical planning, organization and coordination of all the required services.

Technical Skills
- Bachelor´s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of strong technical and people leadership experience, with a proven track record of establishing standard processes and managing performance to achieve key metrics.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Technologies and Products; SAP certification is highly advantageous.
- Extensive technical experience in SAP BASIS, HANA, and SUSE (preferably with Pacemaker experience), totaling over 12 years.
- Proven experience in managing complex infrastructure setups.
- Familiarity with S/4HANA, including Fiori, embedded gateway, and technical conversions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with expertise in incident resolution and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and best practices.
- Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to create comprehensive and organized documentation, including standards and procedures.
Bonus Points If You:
- Hold SAP Technology Certifications.
- Have recent implementation experience with SAP S/4HANA in both brownfield and greenfield projects.
- Possess a strong understanding of IT Security and Compliance, including SSL, Encryption, Hardening, and SAP Vulnerability Management

- Strong communication skills: Capable of articulating technical details clearly and concisely to non-technical individuals.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations while maintaining a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent presentation skills: Proficient in delivering engaging presentations using storytelling techniques and PowerPoint to effectively convey information.
